200th Anniversary – Celebrate and Serve
Our year long Bicentennial Calibration is in full swing!
April has started off with a BANG! On Saturday, April 6 at 2PM, we hosted our Bicentennial Stained-glass presentation and it was well attended and wonderful. If you missed it, don’t worry. You are always welcome to visit our church and worship with us and view our wonderful works of sacred art. Coming this fall we plan to have a history book of St. James published and it will include the history of our parish and stained glass. April is also when you can purchase tickets for our next big Bicentennial event – our Spring Afternoon Tea! This will take place on Saturday, May 18th @ 3PM here at St. James in the undercroft. This will be a traditional afternoon tea with a portrayal of the first Bishop of Ohio, Philander Chase, by The Rev. Dr. Brian Wilbert. Tickets are $25 person and can be purchased on the website.
